What does it mean to be a Purpose Factor® Licensed Facilitator?
The Purpose Factor Licensed Facilitator experience is a virtual leadership experience that equips you to train, speak, and manage using The Purpose Factor® methodologies. The program consists of:
- 8 Hours of Live Training. Dates are released each month. This creates community, connection, and allows your specific questions to be answered by our experts.
- Worldclass Facilitator Materials. Our training workbooks include everything you need to thrive as a facilitator, including workshop outlines, coaching session outlines, and management templates.
- Marketing and Communication Guide. It's not enough to know the power of The Purpose Factor®. We want you to use it to elevate your personal brand and trust within your sphere of influence including social media, email, and sales templates to make you successful.

What can I do as a Licensed Facilitator?
Our Licensed Facilitators are equipped to utilize our Purpose discovery system within their existing leadership, coaching, or speaking offerings. They may also choose to create new programs or materials inspired by the confidence they now have as a Purpose Factor® Licensed Facilitator.
The Licensed Facilitator program is a complete system designed to help you lead 90 minute and half-day purpose discovery workshops as well as the skills to individually walk through participants on their Purpose Factor® and what it means for their life and work.
You will not only be able to help your clients, team members, or community find their exact purpose. You will also be trained on how to utilize your unique Purpose Factor® to uniquely be seen as an expert in your field.
